Bliss Out Wellness - Food & Yoga Retreat, Seaside, Oregon

A duo of wellness gurus will be your guides for this three-day yoga and food retreat, an introduction of Ayurvedic eating with Dawn on the first day, Indica Hanson (health coach) preparing amazing, healthy raw-vegan meals, and yoga teacher Dawn Hanson leading you through yoga and meditation sessions. Also included are workshops on Ayurveda, workshops on eating raw-vegan, and DJ iLko leading you through a live DJ yoga class on Saturday evening followed by a bonfire on the beach. Plus, there are plenty of opportunities for biking, surfing, exploring the beach, massage and other excursions you wish to add (we will assist you with exploring any of these options and more during your stay!).

On this unique retreat, you will feel nurtured as part of a small, intimate group of like-minded holistically healthy individuals. Your hosts will ensure you receive a truly uniquenurturing, and personalized experience.
 
Group workshops will be held daily for nutrition, wellness, life and health coaching, along with yoga and meditation classes.
 
You are welcome to take part in all opportunities, but everything is optional. If you’d like to explore the beach, take a hike, or go surfing, you are free to make this retreat YOUR OWN. This is your journey!

Rates include:

  • 3 days, 2 nights in a beautiful home 100 ft from beach sand with ocean views, plus a short walk to downtown Seaside, OR
  • Delicious, healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free homemade meals (packed with superfoods) *Local produce and organic when possible
