Amazing Yoga Workshop with an AMAZING yoga instructor! Mark your calendars, register, and come explore your balance. Shaney Aalbers will teach the Vinyasa flow class at 10 am on May 3rd then offer a yoga workshop on balance, both on and off the mat, from 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM.

Workshop is $35, pre-registration required, limited to the first 20 people. We, as a community, are incredibly privileged to have the opportunity of a super talented teacher offering this fantastic yoga workshop. (yoga experience is recommended).

Workhop focus: balancing - two hands, two feet, one hand, one foot, upside down, sideways, and right side up. learn your limbs and know your center (core)

"i have genuinely learned that the sum of the fundamental principles, laid down, practiced repeatedly with great care, these irrefutably assist us when we are upside down or teetering. so, limb control, these features we reference as our arms, legs, hands, and feet; they are the expression of our center, our spine, our core being. in order to know levity, we get to know how to carry the center of our gravity. sample some of the characteristics that i have polished up in my own Self discovery and found great entertainment in with my physical feats, functionally savvy (so that i can actually believe that i will in fact do this stuff at least 30 years from now…and maybe you too) and in this way as i share with you, we can remember that when our mind and our hearts are upside down or heavy - the lessons in our body can teach us, we are adaptable, we can change, and persistence breaks down resistance. let's practice movement/asana, let's breathe, and let's feel all things well, together. i look forward to our exchange."
